Privacy
What happens to your information here.
This site holds nothing about you. There is no account, no database behind these pages, and no form here that sends us anything. This page says plainly what happens when you visit.
In effect from 10 September 2026.
The short version
This site holds nothing about you. There is no account, no database behind these pages, and no form here that sends us anything. The only cookies belong to Google Analytics, which counts visits.
The inquiry form does not submit to us. When you press Send inquiry, your own mail program opens with a draft addressed to admin@lion-heart.ca, and nothing leaves the page until you press send there yourself. What you write then arrives as ordinary email. We read it, we reply, and we keep it in the mailbox the way anyone keeps a letter.
What the site itself does
Loading any web page tells the computer serving it your IP address. That is how the internet works rather than a choice we made, but you are entitled to know who is involved.
| Cloudflare | Serves these pages and shields the site from attack. Sees your IP address and browser, and keeps short-lived security logs. We do not receive those logs. |
|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Counts visits so we can tell whether anyone is reading. It sets the only cookies on this site. We see totals, pages and rough regions, never individual people. It is not wired to advertising and we run no remarketing. |
The typefaces are served from our own domain, so no font request goes to Google or anyone else.
Beyond those two, nothing. No advertising, no tracking pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
Where it lives, and for how long
Email sits on Google's servers, outside Canada. That means it is subject to the laws of the country it sits in, including lawful access by authorities there. If that matters to you, write from an address you are comfortable with, or ask us for another way to talk.
Email you send us is kept for two years after the conversation ends, then deleted.
Your rights
Lionheart Collective Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act applies to this site.
Under that Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Our privacy officer
Write to admin@lion-heart.ca and you will have an answer within 30 days.
If we get it wrong
If you are not satisfied with that answer, you can take it to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, which is independent of us and can investigate without our agreement.
Changes
If this page changes, we will say what changed and when, here, rather than quietly replacing it.
